Delivery

The Jersey Cow Company offer free standard delivery on all orders to the UK and the Channel Isles via Jersey Post (Approx 2-3 days)

All European Union and rest of the world orders are charged at £10. 

The Jersey Cow Company requires a signature on receipt of goods for delivery to all destinations. 

Returns

All products offered by The Jersey Cow Company are protected by a 14 day full satisfaction policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for:

• a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.

• a product exchange 

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked.

No refund or exchange will be given for any reason after this 14 day full satisfaction policy period.
